Step 1: Select Products
Products are categorized by groups such as Computer Components, Laptops & Gaming Laptops, etc. Each group is further divided into subcategories. Please select the desired category to browse.
To view detailed product information, click on the product name or the link below the image. Full specifications and details will be displayed. You can also enlarge product images by clicking on them.
If you already know the product name or code, use the Search Tool at the top of the website for quick access. Advanced search options are also available for more precise filtering.
After selecting your desired product, click “Buy Now” to proceed to checkout or “Add to Cart” to continue shopping. The selected items will appear in your shopping cart.
Click “Continue Shopping” if you wish to add more items. Once finished, please review your cart and update quantities before proceeding to checkout.
The Quotation & Order Printing Tool allows customers to print quotations or orders in a standardized format. You may also fill out the order form, print, sign, stamp (if applicable), and send it back to us to complete a traditional purchasing process.
Step 2: Choose Delivery & Payment Method
Select the most suitable delivery method according to your needs.
Step 3: Contract Signing (If Required)
If necessary, both Hợp Thành Thịnh Company and you will prepare a quotation or purchase order (automatically generated by the system).
A formal contract may also be issued, signed, and exchanged via email or courier service for confirmation.
Step 4: Payment & Delivery Confirmation
Within 30 minutes (working hours) after receiving your order, our staff will contact you directly or send an email to confirm acceptance or rejection (with a clear reason if declined).
Payment Methods: You may choose the most convenient payment option and notify us accordingly.
Once payment is confirmed (bank transfer, payment order, etc.), we will proceed with delivery immediately.
Upon delivery, we provide a delivery note/hand-over document detailing product type, quantity, and specifications (if requested), along with contact details of the delivery personnel or unit.
For shipments via third-party carriers, all packages are sealed and stamped to ensure product integrity during transit.
We will inform customers of the estimated delivery time so you can arrange to receive the goods.
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully. If there are any discrepancies in type, quantity, quality, or if the seal is broken, please:
Record a report with the delivery unit, and
